….to make Cranberry-Orange Relish for Thanksgiving. After a marathon of pie baking, my kids and I whipped this up for my sister. You’ve probably got the 3 ingredients in your kitchen right now and it only takes 10 minutes. This tart condiment makes a great accompaniment to your Thanksgiving dinner or a welcome hostess gift. It’s a classic for a reason: it cuts some of the richness piled on your Thanksgiving dinner plate. Plus it is delicious on your leftovers sandwich the next day.
Cranberry-Orange Relish
Makes about 3 cups
1 (12oz) bag fresh cranberries
1 1/2 oranges, cut into wedges
3/4 cup sugar
1. Put rinsed cranberries and orange wedges in the bowl of food processor. Pulse until ingredients are chopped finely.
2. Scoop into a large bowl. Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
3. Spoon into jars. Keeps up to 2 weeks refrigerated.
That’s it! Told you it was easy.
This looks beautiful. Thanks for the great, simple recipe!
